Croissants sablés à la vanille

100(150)g d'amandes, en poudre

Préparation
Pétrir la farine, le beurre, la poudre
d'amandes et le sucre jusqu'à obten-
tion d'une pâte lisse. Mettre la pâte au
frais pendant 30minutes environ.
Diviser la pâte en petites portions d'en-
viron 7g. Les façonner en forme de
rouleaux, puis de croissants, et les dis-
poser sur les plaques.
Enfourner les croissants à la vanille et
les faire cuire jusqu'à ce qu'ils prennent
une belle couleur dorée.
Les rouler dans le sucre vanillé tant
qu'ils sont chauds.
