Ingrediënten
2theelepels rozemarijn
2teentjes knoflook, gehakt
30g olie
80g Dijon-mosterd
2theelepels komijn
1theelepel honing
¼theelepel zout
Vers gemalen peper
2lamsribstukken (met telkens 8kotelet-
ten), panklaar
2wortels
1zoete aardappel
4vroege aardappelen
2rode bieten, klein
2uien
2eetlepels olie

Rooster of grill- en braadplaat
Universele bakplaat
Aluminiumfolie
Bereiding
Meng rozemarijn, knoflook, olie, Dijon-
mosterd, komijn, honing, zout en peper
met elkaar en strijk dit over de lamsrib-
stukken. Zet de lamsribstukken op het
rooster of op de grill- en braadplaat,
vervolgens op de universele bakplaat
en schuif het in de oven.
Schil de wortels en zoete aardappel en
snijd ze in kleine stukken. Halveer de
vroege aardappels. Snijd de uien en ro-
de bieten in repen.
Meng de groente met olie, plaats dit op
de universele bakplaat en breng op
smaak met zout. Schuif de universele
bakplaat met de groente onder het
vlees en laat volgens stap1 garen.
Haal de lamsribstukken uit de oven,
schuif de groente op een hoger niveau
in de oven en laat volgens stap2 garen.
Wikkel de lamsribstukken na het garen
in aluminiumfolie, laat ze ongeveer
10minuten rusten, snijd ze vervolgens
op en serveer met de groente.
