Meringue
Temps de préparation: 130minutes
Pour 6personnes
Ingrédients
5blancs d’œufs (calibre M)
275g de sucre
1c.àc. d'arôme de vanille
1c.àc. de vinaigre, blanc
600g de crème fleurette
1c.às. de sucre glace
500g de myrtilles
500g de fraises
500g de framboises
Accessoires
1ou 2plaques de cuisson ou 1plaque
de cuisson multi-usages
Papier sulfurisé
Préparation
Battre les blancs en neige ferme puis
verser lentement le sucre en pluie tout
en remuant constamment. Mélanger
l'extrait de vanille et le vinaigre.
Pour une grande meringue, beurrer une
plaque et la recouvrir de papier cuisson
et pour plusieurs petites meringues,
beurrer 2plaques et les recouvrir de
papier cuisson.
Pour les fours de 90cm:
Recouvrir la plaque de papier de cuis-
son.
Verser la préparation à base de blancs
d'oeufs sur la plaque de cuisson ou sur
la plaque de cuisson multi-usages for-
mer un cercle d'une hauteur d'environ
3 à 4cm ou plusieurs petits cercles
d'un diamètre d'environ 8cm
Programme automatique:
Enfourner et faire cuire.
Réglages manuels:
Enfourner et faire cuire conformément
aux étapes de cuisson1 et2.
Bien laisser refroidir.
Battre la crème avec le sucre glace jus-
qu'à obtention d'un mélange ferme,
puis répartir ce mélange uniformément
sur la ou les meringue(s). Garnir le tout
avec les fruits.
