800g de petites pommes de terre (gre-
nailles)
4daurades entières préparées (300g
chacune)
1citron | uniquement le jus
Sel
Poivre au citron
2poivrons, rouge | en gros morceaux
de taille égale
3courgettes, vertes ou jaunes | en ron-
delles
4échalotes | en tranches
3gousses d’ail | finement hachées
300g de feta | en dés
4brins de romarin
4brins de thym
10c.às. d'huile d'olive

Préparation
Précuire les pommes de terre non pe-
lées pendant 10minutes.
Préchauffer le four.
Arroser les daurades de jus de citron.
Assaisonner avec le sel et le poivre au
citron.
Mélanger les pommes de terre, les lé-
gumes, la feta, les brins de thym et de
romarin. Assaisonner avec du sel et du
poivre citronné et le placer dans le
grand plat à rôtir Gourmet.
Poser la daurade sur les légumes et en-
foncer la thermosonde. Enfourner le
plat à rôtir et cuire les daurades.
