Macarons aux amandes

Ingrédients
100g d'amandes amères, émondées
200g d'amandes, émondées
600g de sucre
1pincée de sel
4œufs, calibreM | uniquement le blanc
Accessoires
2plaques de cuisson ou plaques multi-
usages
Papier sulfurisé
Poche à douille lisse
Préparation
Mixer en deux fois les amandes avec
un tiers du sucre.
Mélanger le reste de sucre, un peu de
sel et les blancs d'œufs jusqu'à obten-
tion d'une pâte onctueuse.
Tapisser la(les) plaque(s) ou plaque(s)
de cuisson multi-usages de papier sul-
furisé. À l'aide d'une poche à douille,
former de petites boules de pâte.
Démarrer le programme automatique
ou préchauffer le four conformément à
l'étape de cuisson1.
Mouiller une cuillère et étaler les boules
de pâte avec le dos.
Programme automatique:
Enfourner les macarons aux amandes
et les cuire jusqu'à ce qu'ils prennent
une belle couleur dorée.
Réglages manuels:
Enfourner les macarons aux amandes
et faire cuire conformément aux étapes
de cuisson2 et 3.
Laisser refroidir les macarons aux
amandes sur le papier sulfurisé avant
de les détacher.
