Biscuits à l’emporte-pièce
Temps de préparation: 135minutes

250(380)g de farine de blé, type45
½(1)c.àc. de levure chimique
80(120)g de sucre
8(12)g de sucre vanillé
1(1½)flacon d'arôme de rhum
3(4)c.às. d’eau
120(180)g de beurre | pommade

Préparation
Mélanger la farine, la levure, le sucre et
le sucre vanillé. Ajouter le reste des in-
grédients et pétrir jusqu'à obtention
d'une pâte lisse. Réserver au moins
60minutes au réfrigérateur.
Abaisser la pâte sur environ 3mm
d'épaisseur, façonner les biscuits à
l'emporte-pièce et les placer sur les
plaques de cuisson ou plaques multi-
usages.
Enfourner les biscuits et les faire cuire.
