250g de beurre | pommade
200g de sucre
8g de sucre vanillé
4œufs, calibreM
200g de crème épaisse
400g de farine de blé, type45
16g de levure chimique
1 pincée de sel
3c.às. de cacao

Moule en forme de couronne, 26cm

Préparation
Mélanger le beurre, le sucre et le sucre
vanillé jusqu'à obtention d'une consis-
tance crémeuse. Ajouter les œufs un à
un et remuer pendant 30secondes à
chaque fois. Ajouter la crème épaisse.
Mélanger la farine, la levure et le sel et
incorporer au reste des ingrédients.
Beurrer le moule en forme de couronne
et verser la moitié de la pâte.
Ajouter le cacao dans l'autre moitié de
la pâte et mélanger. Verser la pâte cho-
colatée sur la pâte nature. Passer une
fourchette à travers les couches de
pâte en décrivant une spirale.
Enfourner le moule en forme de cou-
ronne sur la grille et faire cuire le gâ-
teau.
Laisser refroidir le gâteau dans le moule
pendant 10minutes. Ensuite, démouler
et laisser refroidir sur la grille.
