100(150)g de beurre | pommade
100(150)g d’amandes effilées
120(180)g de sucre
16(24)g de sucre vanillé

Préparation
Délayer la levure dans le lait tiède. Pétrir
avec le reste des ingrédients pendant 3
à 4minutes jusqu'à obtenir une pâte
lisse.
Former une boule avec la pâte, la
mettre dans un récipient, l'enfourner et
recouvrir d'un torchon humide. Faire le-
ver suivant les réglages de la phase de
levée1.
Pétrir brièvement la pâte et l’abaisser
sur la plaque ou la plaque multi-usages.
Faire lever à couvert suivant les ré-
glages de la phase de levée2.
Pour la garniture, mélanger le beurre, le
sucre vanillé et la moitié du sucre.
Creuser des puits dans la pâte avec les
doigts. Verser le mélange beurre-sucre
dans les puits. Saupoudrer la pâte avec
le reste de sucre et les amandes effi-
lées.
Programme automatique:
Lancer le programme automatique et
enfourner le gâteau.
Réglages manuels:
Faire lever pendant 10minutes à tem-
pérature ambiante. Ensuite, enfourner le
gâteau et le faire cuire jusqu'à ce qu'il
prenne une belle couleur dorée.
