1Gebruik de rooster en de universele bakplaat.
2Braad het vlees eerst op de kookplaat aan.
3Schakel de Crisp-functie in.
4Verwarm de ovenruimte 15minuten voor op 120°C. Verlaag de temperatuur als u het gerecht
in de oven schuift.

Verwarm de ovenruimte gedurende 5minuten voor, voordat u het gerecht in de oven plaatst.
6Gaar eerst met deksel. Verwijder het deksel na 60minuten van de bereidingstijd en voeg
ong.0,5l vocht toe.
7Voer na de opwarmfase 3handmatige stoomstoten verdeeld over de bereidingstijd uit.
8Voeg na de helft van de bereidingstijd ong. 0,5l vocht toe.
9Schakel de Crisp-functie 60minuten na aanvang van de bereiding in.
10 Gaar eerst met deksel. Verwijder het deksel na 100minuten van de bereidingstijd en voeg
ong.0,5l vocht toe.
11 Keer het gerecht halverwege de bereidingstijd om.
