7Lösen Sie über die Garzeit verteilt 3manuelle Dampfstöße nach der Aufheizphase aus.
8Gießen Sie nach der Hälfte der Garzeit ca.0,5l Flüssigkeit an.
9Schalten Sie die Crisp function 60Minuten nach Start des Garvorgangs ein.
10 Garen Sie zuerst mit Deckel. Entfernen Sie den Deckel nach 100Minuten der Garzeit und gie-
ßen Sie ca.0,5l Flüssigkeit an.
11 Wenden Sie das Gargut möglichst nach der Hälfte der Zeit.
