500g tomaten
750g koolvisfilet, panklaar
½citroen | alleen het sap
Zout
Peper
100ml volle melk
1eetlepel paneermeel
2eetlepels peterselie | gehakt

Bereiding
Snijd de uien in dunne plakjes en fruit
ze in de helft van de boter. Snijd de to-
maten in plakjes.
Besprenkel de koolvisfilet met citroen-
sap. Breng op smaak met peper en
zout.
Vet de ovenschaal in. Leg de uien in de
ovenschaal. Verdeel de plakjes tomaat
erover. Breng op smaak met peper en
zout. Leg de koolvisfilet op de tomaten.
Schuif het rooster in de oven. Verwarm
de oven voor.
Smelt de rest van de boter. Giet boter
en melk over de koolvisfilet. Bestrooi
met paneermeel. Steek de draadloze
spijzenthermometer erin.
Zet in de oven en laat garen.
Bestrooi met peterselie en serveer de
vis.

In plaats van koolvisfilet kan in dit re-
cept ook zeebrasem worden gebruikt.
