240ml water, lauw
150g speltmeel, type630
150g tarwevolkorenmeel
1snuifje suiker
1theelepel zout
10g verse gist
½theelepel azijn
1theelepel olie
Voor het bestrijken

Voor het wentelen
1eetlepel lijnzaad
1eetlepel sesam
1eetlepel maanzaad
Accessoires
Bakplaat of universelebakplaat
Bereiding
Roer tarwezemelen, chiazaad, zonne-
bloempitten, zout en water door elkaar
en laat het minstens 90minuten trek-
ken.
Meng meel, suiker en zout door elkaar.
Verkruimel de gist eroverheen. Kneed
met azijn, olie en zaad inclusief water in
9–10minuten tot een zacht deeg.
Vorm een bal van het deeg en plaats dit
in een open schaal in de oven. Laat het
rijzen volgens de instellingen voor rijsfa-
se1.
Meng lijnzaad, sesam en maanzaad
door elkaar.
Vorm van het zachte deeg 8broodjes
à75g. Bestrijk de bovenkant met wat
water, rol het broodje door de gemeng-
de zaden en leg het op de (universele)
bakplaat.
Automatisch programma:
Start het automatische programma en
zet de broodjes in de oven
Handmatig:
Laat het rijzen volgens de instellingen
voor rijsfase2. Bak vervolgens de
broodjes.
