Los de gist al roerend op in water.
Kneed het samen met het meel, de sui-
ker, het zout en de boter 6–7minuten
tot een glad deeg.
Vorm een bal van het deeg en plaats dit
in een open schaal in de oven. Laat het
rijzen volgens de instellingen voor rijsfa-
se1.
Vet de bakvorm in. Kneed het deeg
licht, vorm er een ongeveer 28cm lan-
ge rol van en leg die in de bakvorm.
Snijd de rol overlangs ongeveer 1cm
diep in.

Start het automatische programma en
zet het brood in de oven.
Handmatig:
Laat het rijzen volgens de instellingen
voor rijsfase2. Bak de taarten.
