Bereid het gerecht eerst met deksel. Verwijder het deksel na 60minuten van de berei-
dingstijd en voeg ca.0,5l vocht toe.

Activeer, verdeeld over de bereidingstijd, 3handmatige stoominjecties na de opwarmfa-
se.

Voeg na de helft van de bereidingstijd ca.0,5l vocht toe.

Bereid het gerecht eerst met deksel. Verwijder het deksel na 100minuten van de berei-
dingstijd en voeg ca.0,5l vocht toe.

Keer het gerecht indien mogelijk halverwege de tijd om.
