500ml water

1blik halve abrikozen (à280g) | uitge-
lekt
150ml water
200g room
200g mango-chutney

Bratometer
Bereiding
Roer de olie, het zout en de peper door
elkaar en bestrijk de kalkoenbout er-
mee. Leg de kalkoenbout met het vel
naar boven in de braadslede en steek
de bratometer erin. Schuif de braadsle-
de in de oven en laat het vlees braden.
Giet er na 45minuten water bij en laat
het gerecht verder garen. Snijd onder-
tussen de halve abrikozen in stukjes.
Verwijder de kalkoenbout. Maak voor
de saus de aanbaksels los met water.
Voeg de room en chutney toe en laat
het geheel even koken.
Voeg de stukjes abrikoos aan de saus
toe. Breng op smaak met peper en
zout. Breng het opnieuw aan de kook.
