75g speltmeel, type630
120g boter | zacht
2theelepels zout
42g verse gist
400ml melk | lauw

Bakplaat of universele bakplaat
Bereiding
Zeef het meel boven een schaal en
voeg de boter en het zout toe. Los de
gist op in melk en voeg dit toe.
Kneed alle ingrediënten tot een glad
deeg. Maak een bal van het deeg en zet
het in een met een vochtige doek afge-
dekte schaal. Laat bij kamertempera-
tuur circa 60minuten rijzen.
Vorm uit het deeg 3strengen. Maak van
de 3strengen een vlecht en leg deze op
de bakplaat of de universele bakplaat.
Start het automatische programma of
verwarm de oven voor.
Schuif in de oven en laat bakken.
