Ovenknoedels met pruimenmoes
Totale bereidingstijd: 105–115 minuten
voor 6 porties
Ingrediënten
500 g bloem
1 blokje gist (42 g)
50 g suiker
250 ml melk, lauw
1 theelepel kaneel, gemalen
1 snufje zout
100 g boter, zacht
1 ei
120 g pruimenmoes
Voor het bestrooien
40 g poedersuiker
Accessoires
ovenschaal ca. 20 x 30 cm
Bereiding
Meng de bloem, de verbrokkelde gist,
de suiker, de melk, het kaneel, het zout,
de boter en het ei. Kneed het geheel
totdat er een gladde deegmassa ont‐
staat. Doe het deeg in de oven en kies
het automatische programma "Taart /
cake \ Gistdeeg \ 30 minuten laten rij‐
zen".
Maak van het deeg 12 bollen en trek
deze iets open. Vul de bollen met tel‐
kens 1 eetlepel pruimenmoes. Sluit de
bollen en zet ze met de afgedichte kant
naar beneden in de ingevette oven‐
schaal.
Doe de oedels in de oven en kies het
automatsiche programma "Taart / cake
\ Gistdeeg \ 15 minuten laten rijzen".
Bak de knoedels goudgeel.
Bestrooi de knoedels met poedersuiker
en serveer ze eventueel met vanille‐
saus.

In plaats van pruimenmoes kunt u ook
twee halve pruimen in de knoedels
doen. Bestrooi de pruimen dan voordat
u de bollen sluit met wat suiker.
