Kipfilet met kruiden
Totale bereidingstijd: 55–65 minuten
voor 4 porties
Ingrediënten
800 g kippenborstfilet
500 g crème fraîche met kruiden
¹/₂ theelepel sambal oelek
2 theelepels sojasaus
1 eetlepel 8-kruidenmix of peterselie
100 ml gevogeltebouillon (instant)

Bereiding
Meng de helft van de crème fraîche met
sambal oelek, sojasaus en kruiden.
Wentel de filets in het mengsel. Leg de
filets naast elkaar in de Gourmet-braad‐
pan of een platte ovenschaal zonder
deksel.
Start het automatische programma of
verwarm de oven voor.
Meng het resterende kruiden-crème
fraichemengsel met bouillon en giet dit
mengsel over de filets. Doe de filets in
de voorverwarmde oven en bereid het
vlees.
Haal de filets na het automatische pro‐
gramma (na de bereiding) uit de oven.
Roer de resterende kruiden-crème fraî‐
che door de fond en serveer de saus
apart bij de gehalveerde filets.
