Totale bereidingstijd: 60–70 minuten

Ingrediënten
1 ui, in blokjes
20 g boter
200 g rundvlees, kleine blokjes
250 ml runderbouillon
200 g aardappelen, in blokjes
250 g witte kool, geschaafd
200 g rode bieten, geraspt
75 g prei, fijn gesneden
1-2 eetlepels rode wijnazijn
Zout
150 g crème fraîche
1 eetlepel peterselie, gehakt
Bereiding
Doe de ui, de boter, het vlees en de
bouillon in een schaal. Stoof het geheel
(afgedekt) met 850Watt gedurende
ca.5 minuten.
Voeg de aardappelen, de witte kool, de
rode bieten, de prei, de rode wijnazijn
en het zout toe. Bereid het geheel met
850Watt gedurende ca.5 minuten en
aansluitend met 450Watt gedurende
20 minuten.
Meng de crème fraîche erdoor. Bestrooi
het gerecht met peterselie als u het ser-
veert.
