Ingrediënten deeg
350 g meel
150 g tarwevolkorenmeel
1 theelepel zout
2 theelepels bakpoeder
1 theelepel natron
80 g gemengde noten, gehakt
80 g zonnebloempitten
1 eetlepel spijsolie
1 theelepel appelkruid (licht)
200 g yoghurt
300 ml melk
Voor het bestrooien
Zonnebloempitten

Bakpapier
Langwerpige bakvorm 30 cm
Bereiding
Meng de meelsoorten, het zout, het
bakpoeder, het natron, de noten en de
zonnebloempitten.
Meng de olie, het appelkruid, de yog-
hurt en de melk. Kneed dit door het
meelmengsel. Doe de massa in de
langwerpige bakvorm met daarin bak-
papier.
Bestrooi het deeg met zonnebloempit-
ten en bak het brood goudbruin.

Ovenfunctie: Boven-Onderwarmte
Temperatuur: 180–200°C
Niveau: 1e van onderen
Bereidingstijd: 45–55 minuten
Alternatieve instelling
Ovenfunctie: Hetelucht plus
Temperatuur: 160–180°C
Niveau: 1e van onderen
Bereidingstijd: 55–65 minuten
Tip
In plaats van appelkruid kunt u ook sui-
kerstroop gebruiken.
