Kruimelkoek met fruit
Bereidingstijd: 90 – 100minuten
voor 16 porties
Ingrediënten deeg
375g meel
1 blokje gist (42g)
125ml melk, lauw
40g suiker
75g boter, vloeibaar
1 ei
Ingrediënten beleg
1000g appels, geschild en in schijfjes
gesneden of pruimen/kersen, zonder pit
Ingrediënten kruimels
200g meel
125g suiker
1 pakje vanillesuiker
½ theelepel kaneel
125g boter

Glazen schaal
Bereiding
Los de gist in de melk op. Doe alle in-
grediënten voor het deeg in een schaal
en kneed deze tot een glad deeg.
Laat het deeg afgedekt in de oven circa
30minuten rijzen (ovenfunctie 'Boven-
Onderwarmte', temperatuur 35°C).
Kneed kruimels van de ingrediënten
voor de kruimels.
Kneed het deeg nog eens kort door en
leg het op de ingevette glazen schaal.
Verdeel het voorbereide fruit gelijkmatig
over het deeg.
Strooi de kruimels over het fruit en bak
de taart goudbruin.
