Zure-room-crème met aardbeienpuree
Totale bereidingstijd: 40–50 minuten
voor 6 porties
Ingrediënten
300 g aardbeien
50 g suiker
3 rode gelatinebladen
3 witte gelatinebladen
200 g zure room
150 g natuurlijke yoghurt
1 pakje vanillinesuiker
50 g suiker
250 ml room
Bereiding
Week de rode en de witte gelatinebla‐
den gesche
iden in koud water in (ca. 10
minuten). Pureer de aardbeien met de
suiker. Pers de rode gelatine uit en los
deze in ca. 15 seconden met 450 Watt
op. Roer wat vruchtenpuree door de
gelatine. Voeg dit mengsel bij de rest
van de vruchtenpuree en roer het ge‐
heel goed door.
Meng de zure room met de yoghurt, de
vanil
lesuiker en de suiker. Pers de witte
gelatine uit en los deze in ca. 15 secon‐
den met 450 Watt op. Roer wat van de
zure-roommassa door de gelatine.
Voeg dit mengsel bij de resterende zu‐
re-roomcrème. Laat het geheel afkoe‐
len, totdat de massa stijf begint te wor‐
den.
Klop de andere room stijf en roer deze
door de cr
ème. Doe de crème in een
schaal. Verdeel de aardbeienpuree er‐
over en trek de puree met een grote le‐
pel spiraalvormig erdoor.
