Gegratineerde kruidenspätzle
Totale bereidingstijd: 45–55 minuten

500 g meel
200 ml water
5 eieren
Zout
3 eetlepels gemengde, gehakte kruiden
(bijvoorbeel
d peterselie, bieslook, ker‐
vel)
3 uien
2 eetlepels spijsolie
200 g kaas, geraspt

Bereiding
Roer het meel, de eieren, het water, het
zout en de kruiden, t
otdat er een taaie
deegmassa ontstaat.
Schaaf het deeg vanaf de plank in ko‐
k
end water of gebruik een speciale
spätzleschaaf. Kook de spätzle afhan‐
kelijk van de grootte ca. 3–5 minuten.
Laat het geheel daarna goed uitdruppe‐
len.
Pel de uien, snijd ze in ringen en bak ze
in olie.
Doe de spätzle, de uien en de kaas af‐
wisselen
d (in laagjes) in de ingevette
ovenschaal. De laatste laag moet kaas
zijn. Bak het geheel goudbruin.
