Gegratineerde aardappelen met kaas
Totale bereidingstijd: 60–70 minuten

Ingrediënten
500 g aardappelen, kruimig, geschild
250 ml room
125 g crème fraîche
150 g Goudse kaas, geraspt
1 knoflookteentje
Zout
Zwarte peper
Nootmuskaat

Bereiding
Snijd de aardappelen in dunne schijfjes.
Meng
de schijfjes met twee derde van
de kaas.
Doe de massa in de ingevette, met het
knoflo
okteentje ingewreven ovenschaal.
Kluts de room, de crème fraîche, het
zout, de peper en de nootmuskaat door
elkaa
r. Verdeel de massa gelijkmatig
over de aardappelen. Strooi de reste‐
rende kaas erover en zet de schaal zon‐
der deksel in de oven. Het gerecht
moet goudgeel worden.

gerecht zoals hierboven is beschreven.
Strooi ca. 10 minuten voor het einde
van de bereidingstijd ca. 3 eetlepels ge‐
raspte Parmezaanse kaas over het ge‐
recht.
