Zitronenmousse
Zubereitungszeit: 40–50Minuten
für 4–6Portionen
Zutaten
250g Joghurt, natur
50g Crème fraîche
Saft von 2Zitronen
1Päckchen Vanillinzucker
90g Zucker
4Blatt Gelatine
250ml Sahne
500g Waldbeerenmischung (TK)
50g Zucker
Zubereitung
Gelatine ca. 10Minuten in kaltem Was-
ser einweichen, ausdrücken und mit
450Watt in ca. 15Sekunden auflösen.
Joghurt, Crème fraîche, Zitronensaft,
Vanillinzucker und Zucker miteinander
verrühren. 1EL Joghurtmasse zur Gela-
tine geben, dann dieses Gemisch unter
die Joghurtmasse rühren. Kühl stellen.
Wenn die Masse zu steifen beginnt, die
steif geschlagene Sahne unterrühren.
Früchte mit Zucker bestreut mit
150Watt ca. 10Minuten auftauen, auf
4Teller verteilen. Von der Creme No-
cken abstechen und auf die Früchte
setzen. Mit Zitronenmelisse oder Zitro-
nenspirale dekoriert servieren.

Tipp
Zitronen vor dem Auspressen kräftig
auf einer festen Unterlage rollen. So ist
die Saftmenge deutlich größer.
