Kohlrabi-Kresse-Gratin
Zubereitungszeit: 70–80Minuten

Zutaten
800g Kohlrabi
Fett für die Form
2Schalotten, gewürfelt
100g Frühstücksspeck
2EL Öl
200ml Gemüsebrühe
150g Crème fraîche
Pfeffer, frisch gemahlen
Muskat, gemahlen
80g Käse, gerieben
1Kästchen Kresse
Zubehör
Auflaufform
Kochtopf
Zubereitung
Kohlrabi schälen, in ca. 1cm dicke
Scheiben schneiden und fächerartig in
die gefettete Auflaufform schichten.
Frühstücksspeck würfeln und mit den
Schalotten in Öl anbraten. Brühe angie-
ßen, mit Crème fraîche verfeinern und
mit Pfeffer und Muskat abschmecken.
Soße über die Kohlrabi geben, mit Käse
bestreuen und goldbraun garen.
Kresse über das Gratin streuen und ser-
vieren.
