300g Rinderhack
250g Champignons, in Scheiben
200g Tomatenmark
250ml Sahne
Salz
Pfeffer
150g Gouda, gerieben

Auflaufform
Zubereitung
Auberginen längs in 1cm dicke Schei-
ben schneiden. Scheiben mit Salz be-
streuen und ca. 10Minuten ruhen las-
sen. Scheiben mit Haushaltspapier ab-
tupfen und in heißem Öl kurz anbraten.
Scheiben nebeneinander in eine Auf-
laufform legen.
Zwiebeln im Fett andünsten. Hack-
fleisch darin braun anbraten. Champi-
gnonscheiben zugeben. Tomatenmark
untermischen, Sahne und Gewürze zu-
geben.
Mischung auf die Auberginenscheiben
verteilen. Mit Käse bestreuen und über-
backen.
