Kalbs-Rahmbraten
Zubereitungszeit: 130–140Minuten
für 6Portionen
Zutaten
1000g Kalbsbraten (Keule oder Nuss)
1gestrichener TL Salz
½TL Pfeffer, weiß
2gestrichene TL Paprika edelsüß
1TL Butter
2Zwiebeln
2Möhren
2Tomaten
2Kalbsknochen
750ml Brühe oder Fond
250ml Sahne
Speisestärke
Zubehör
Gourmet-Bräter
Zubereitung
Fleisch mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika
würzen, mit Butter bestreichen und in
den Gourmet-Bräter legen. Geschälte
Möhren, Zwiebeln und Tomaten grob
zerschneiden und mit den Kalbskno-
chen zum Fleisch geben.
Nach 30Minuten ca. 250ml Brühe oder
Fond angießen. Dies alle 30Minuten
wiederholen. Zum Schluss die Sahne
zufügen.
Bratenfond mit Wasser auffüllen, mit
angerührter Speisestärke leicht binden.
Fleisch in Scheiben schneiden und mit
Bratenfond servieren.
