300g Rinderhack
300g Mett
1Brötchen
2Eier
2EL Paprika, edelsüß
½TL Rosenpaprika
Salz
Pfeffer
3EL Öl
2Zwiebeln, fein gewürfelt
50g Schinkenspeck, gewürfelt
1rote Paprikaschote, fein gewürfelt
1Dose Champignonscheiben (Abtropf-
gewicht 250 g)
125g Gouda, gewürfelt
250ml Brühe

Bratpfanne
Glasschale
Zubereitung
Öl und Schinkenspeck in einer Pfanne
erhitzen, Zwiebelwürfel darin andüns-
ten. Paprikawürfel und abgetropfte
Champignonscheiben zugeben. Wenn
das Gemisch etwas abgekühlt ist, Kä-
sewürfel untermischen.
Brötchen ca. 10Minuten in kaltem
Wasser einweichen. Gut ausdrücken
und mit Rinderhack, Mett, Eiern, Papri-
ka, Rosenpaprika, Salz und Pfeffer ver-
mengen.
Gemüsemischung zum Hack geben. Al-
les gut vermengen und zu einem ovalen
Laib formen. Den Hackbraten auf die
gefettete Glasschale legen und offen
garen.
Nach 20Minuten Brühe angießen.
