Vlees voorbereiden
Spoel het vlees snel onder koud, stro
-
mend water af. Droog het goed af. Zout
het vlees niet vóór het grilleren, omdat
het anders te veel vocht verliest.
Bestrijk mager vlees alleen met olie.
Gebruik geen andere vetsoorten. Deze
worden snel te donker of leiden tot
rookontwikkeling.
Maak platte vissen en stukken vis zoals
gewoonlijk schoon. Daarna zouten en
met citroensap besprenkelen.
Grilleren

Leg het rooster of de grill- en
braadplaat (indien aanwezig) op de
universele bakplaat.
^
Leg het te bereiden product erop.
^
Kies de ovenfunctie en de tempera
-
tuur.
^
Verwarm het bovenwarmte-/grill
-
element ca. 5 minuten voor. Houd de
ovendeur gesloten.

Verbrandingsgevaar!
Draag altijd ovenwanten als u voe

dingsmiddelen in de oven zet of er-
uit haalt, of als u in de oven bezig
bent.
^ Schuif het voedingsmiddel op het
juiste niveau in de oven (zie "Tabel
grilleren").
^ Sluit de deur.
^ Keer het product halverwege de tijd
om, indien dat mogelijk is.
