Zuckerkuchen
Zubereitungszeit: 90–100 Minuten
Zutaten für ca. 8 Portionen:
Teig:
250 g Mehl
1/2 (21 g) Würfel Hefe
10 g Zucker
125 ml lauwarme Milch
75 g flüssige Butter
100 g Rosinen
Belag:
75 g Butter
125 g brauner Zucker
Zubereitung:
1. Hefe in der Milch unter Rühren auflö-
sen. Mit Mehl, Zucker und Butter zu ei-
nem glatten Teig verkneten. Zum
Schluss die Rosinen unterkneten und
und den Teig etwa 15 Minuten bei
Raumtemperatur aufgehen lassen. Teig
kurz durchkneten, dann in einer gefet-
teten Springform (C 26 cm) ausrollen,
dabei einen kleinen Rand ausbilden.
Teig im Backofen mit 50 °C etwa 15 Mi
-
nuten aufgehen lassen.
2. Butter erhitzen, Zucker einrühren. In
den Teig mit den Fingerkuppen Vertie
-
fungen eindrücken. Die Butter-Zucker
-
mischung auf der Teigoberfläche ver
-
teilen und sofort goldgelb backen.
Einstellung:
Automatic \ Kuchen \ Zuckerkuchen
Backzeit: ca. 45 Minuten
Heißluft plus
Temperatur: 150–170 °C
Einschubebene: 2. v. unten
Backzeit: 35–40 Minuten
Ober-Unterhitze
Temperatur: 180–200 °C
Einschubebene: 2. v. unten
Backzeit: 25–35 Minuten
