Obstwähe (Schweiz)
Zubereitungszeit: 110–120 Minuten
Zutaten für ca. 20 Portionen:
Teig:
250 g Mehl
80 ml Wasser
100 g Margarine
900 g Obst (Beerenobst, Pfirsiche,
Kirschen, Äpfel etc.)
Guss:
175 ml Sahne
4 EL Zucker
2 Eier
Zubereitung:
1. Mehl, Margarine und Wasser rasch
zu einem glatten Teig verkneten und
eine Stunde kühl stellen.
2. Für den Guss alle Zutaten miteinan-
der verrühren. Das Obst gegebenen-
falls abtropfen lassen.
3. Teig dünn ausrollen und auf das
Backblech legen. Ränder hochziehen
und zu einer kleinen Rolle formen.
4. Automatikprogramm starten.
5. Obst auf dem Teig verteilen, dann
den Guss darüber verteilen und in den
vorgeheizten Backofen geben.

Backzeit: ca. 43 Minuten
Intensivbacken
Temperatur: 190–200 °C
Einschubebene: 2. v. unten
Backzeit. 30–40 Minuten.
Ober-Unterhitze
Temperatur: 180–200 °C
Einschubebene: 1. v. unten
Backzeit. 40–50 Minuten + Vorheizen
