Kartoffel-Käse-Gratin
Zubereitungszeit: 85–95 Minuten
Zutaten für ca. 4 Portionen:
500 g geschälte, mehlig
kochende Kartoffeln
250 ml Sahne
125 g Crème fraîche
150 g Gouda, gerieben
1 Knoblauchzehe
Salz, schwarzer Pfeffer, Muskat
Zubereitung:
1. Die Kartoffeln in dünne Scheiben
schneiden. Mit etwa 2/3 der Käsemen-
ge mischen.
2. In eine gefettete, mit der Knoblauch-
zehe ausgeriebene Auflaufform (C
30 cm) geben.
3. Sahne, Crème fraîche, Salz, Pfeffer
und Muskat verquirlen, gleichmäßig
über die Kartoffeln gießen. Mit dem
restlichen Käse bestreuen und offen
goldbraun garen.

Heißluft plus
Temperatur: 160–180 °C

Garzeit: 50–60 Minuten

Einschubebene: 1. v. unten
Garzeit: 50–60 Minuten
Tipp
Die kalorienbewusste Variante:
750 g Kartoffelscheiben in eine gefette-
te Auflaufform geben. Mit Salz und Pfef-
fer würzen, mit 250 ml Gemüsebrühe
übergießen, wie oben beschrieben ga-
ren. Etwa 10 Minuten vor Garzeitende
mit etwa 3 Esslöffeln geriebenem Par
-
mesan bestreuen.
