Ingrediënten:
500 g tarwebloem
100 g suiker
42 g gist
240 ml lauwwarme karnemelk
20 g vloeibare boter
1 snuifje zout
125 g magere kwark
250 g rozijnen
Om te bestrijken:
1 eetlepel lauwwarme melk
Bereiding:
1. Neem de tarwebloem, de suiker en
het zout. Doe de karnemelk, de kwark,
de boter en de gist erbij, en kneed alles
tot een glad deeg. Kneed ten slotte de
rozijnen door het deeg.
2. Laat het deeg 30 minuten rijzen met
het automatische programma "Taart/
cake \ Gistdeeg".
3. Het deeg in een ingevette
rechthoekige bakvorm (30 cm) doen en
opnieuw 30 minuten laten rijzen.
4.
Het deeg met een nat mes ca. 1 cm
diep inkerven in de lengte, met melk
bestrijken, in de oven doen en bakken.

Temperatuur: 140-160 °C
Baktijd: 60-70 minuten
Inschuifniveau: 2de van onderen af
