Roggebrood
Ingrediënten:
500 g roggebloem
250 g tarwebloem
50 g zuurdeeg
1 theelepel honing
15 g zout
42 g gist
500 ml lauwwarm water
50 g lijnzaad
50 g zonnebloempitten
Bereiding:
1. Roggebloem, tarwebloem en zout
met elkaar vermengen. Het zuurdeeg,
water, de gist en de honing erbij doen
en alles kneden. Vervolgens het
lijnzaad en de zonnebloempitten onder
het deeg mengen.
2. Laat het deeg 30 minuten rijzen met
het automatische programma "Taart/
cake \ Gistdeeg".
3. Het zachte deeg in een ingevette
rechthoekige bakvorm (30 cm) doen,
glad strijken en opnieuw 30 minuten
laten rijzen.
4. Het deeg meermaals kruiselings met
een nat mes ca. 1 cm diep inkerven.
Maak hierbij een groot rooster.
Onmiddellijk in de oven doen en
bakken.

220 °C 15 minuten
170 °C 45-55 minuten
