Fruittaart met kruimels
Ingrediënten voor ongeveer 20
porties:
Deeg:
450 g bloem
1 blokje gist (42 g)
150 ml lauwwarme melk
50 g suiker
90 g vloeibare boter of margarine
1ei
Beleg:
Ongeveer 1000 g gewassen appels,
pruimen of kersen
Om te bestrooien:
240 g bloem
150 g suiker
2 pakjes vanillesuiker
130 g boter of margarine
1 theelepel kaneel
Bereiding:
1. Doe de bloem in een kom en maak
een kuiltje. Doe de verkruimelde gist,
wat suiker en wat melk in het kuiltje en
meng dit met wat bloem tot een glad
deeg. Laat het in de oven ongeveer 20
minuten op 50 °C rijzen.
2. Kneed dit gistdeeg met de rest van
de deegingrediënten tot een glad deeg
en laat het opnieuw ongeveer 30
minuten op 50 °C rijzen. Kneed het
deeg nogmaals kort en grondig en rol
het uit op de universele plaat.
3. Verdeel het vooraf bereide fruit
(geschilde appels in 1/2 cm brede
schijfjes snijden, kersen en pruimen
ontpitten) gelijkmatig over het deeg.
4. Verwerk de ingrediënten voor de
bestrooiing al knedend tot kruimels.
Strooi ze over het fruit, laat het deeg
opnieuw op 50 °C ongeveer 30 minuten
rijzen. Vervolgens goudbruin bakken.

Inschuifniveau: 2de van onderen af
Baktijd: 50-60 minuten
"Boven-onderwarmte"
Temperatuur: 180-200 °C
Inschuifniveau: 3de van onderen af
Baktijd: 40-50 minuten
