Ingrediënten voor ongeveer 18
porties:
250 g margarine of boter
200 g suiker
1 pakje vanillesuiker
4 eieren
4 eetlepels rum
500 g bloem
1 pakje bakpoeder
3 eetlepels cacao
3 eetlepels melk
Bereiding:
1. Klop de margarine of de boter romig
met de suiker, de vanillesuiker en de
eieren. Doe het bakpoeder bij de
bloem, voeg de rum toe, en roer alles
dooreen.
2. Roer cacao en melk onder ongeveer
1/3 van het deeg.
3. Doe de helft van het bleke deeg in
een ingevette bakvorm (rechthoek of
krans (C 26 cm)). Verdeel het
cacaodeeg erover. Doe de rest van het
bleke deeg erop.
4. Maak met een vork een
spiraalvormige beweging door de
deeglagen. Bak de cake.

Baktijd: 60-70 minuten
