Verwenden Sie nur mikrowellentaugli-
che, hitzebeständige Backformen (sie-
he Kapitel "Geschirrhinweise für
Mikrowelle"), wie z. B. Backformen aus
temperaturbeständigem Glas oder Ke-
ramik, da Mikrowellen diese Materialien
durchdringen.
Metallformen dagegen reflektieren
Mikrowellen, die dann nur von oben
den Kuchen erreichen. Es ist mit einer
Zeitverlängerung zu rechnen. Deswei

teren kann es bei Metallformen verein

zelt zur Funkenbildung kommen.
Stellen Sie die Form so auf die Glasschale,
