Als u aan een vleesgerecht uien, to-
maten, wortels en dergelijke wilt toe-
voegen, raden wij u aan om dit bij
vlees met een lange bereidingstijd
pas halverwege de tijd te doen. De
genoemde producten worden an-
ders te donker en geven de saus
een bittere smaak.
Wanneer u volgens het recept bouil-
lon, fond of water moet toevoegen
(bijvoorbeeld halverwege de berei-
dingstijd), zorg dan dat deze vloei-
stoffen heet zijn
Laat het vlees als het gaar is nog ca.
10 minuten rusten. Zo kan het vlees-
sap zich weer gelijkmatig verdelen.
Tips om energie te besparen
Voor braden hoeft u de oven niet
voor te verwarmen.
Braad bij voorkeur meerdere stukken
vlees tegelijk.
Schakel de oven ca. 5 minuten voor
het einde van de bereidingstijd uit
en laat het vlees 5-10 minuten in de
restwarmte van de gesloten oven
staan.
