Let op het volgende
Dek de gerechten af
als ze gesmoord of geblancheerd moe

ten worden, bijvoorbeeld aardappelen
of groente. Daardoor voorkomt u dat
het gerecht uitdroogt. Als u geen ge
-
schikt deksel heeft, gebruik dan bij
-
voorbeeld aluminiumfolie of vochtig
bakpapier.
Dek de gerechten niet af
als ze een korstje moeten krijgen, bij
-
voorbeeld vlees of gegratineerde scho
-
tels.
Het is mogelijk om pannen of schalen
op elkaar te zetten. Leg dan het dek-
sel van de onderste pan/schaal op zijn
kop. Zet gerechten die bruin moeten
worden bovenop.
