Stérilisation
Risque d’infection par la forma-
tion de germes.
Lors de la stérilisation des légumes
secs et de la viande, des spores de
toxine botulique peuvent se former et
provoquer de graves intoxications.
Ces spores ne sont détruites qu’en
les réchauffant une nouvelle fois
2jours après la première stérilisation.
Stérilisez les légumes secs et la
viande après refroidissement
toujours une deuxième fois.
Risque de blessures dû à la sur-
pression dans des conserves fer-
mées.
La stérilisation et le réchauffage de
conserves fermées entraînent une
surpression susceptible de provo-
quer leur explosion.
Ne stérilisez pas ni ne réchauffez les
conserves.
Préparer des fruits et légumes
Les indications s’appliquent à 6–8bo-
caux d’1l.
Utilisez uniquement des bocaux spé-
ciaux vendus dans des magasins spé-
cialisés (bocaux pour conserves ou à
couvercle vissé). Utilisez uniquement
des bocaux et anneaux en caout-
chouc qui ne sont pas endommagés.
Lavez les bocaux à l’eau chaude
avant la stérilisation et remplissez-les
au maximum jusqu’à 2cm du bord.
Insérez la plaque de cuisson multi-
usage au niveau1 et posez les bo-
caux dessus.
Sélectionnez le mode de cuisson
Chaleur tournante Plus et une tem-
pérature de 160–170°C.
Attendez jusqu’à ébullition, c’est-à-
dire jusqu’à ce que des bulles re-
montent régulièrement dans les bo-
caux.
Réduisez immédiatement la tempéra-
ture pour éviter un débordement.
