Om te stoven kunt u de volgende werk-
wijzen gebruiken:
Hete lucht D
Boven- en onderwarmte A
Geschikt is volgend vaatwerk:
vormen van vuurvast glas en porselein,
Römertopf, kookgerei met tegen hitte
bestande handvatten.
Schuif het rooster in niveau 1 en zet
het vaatwerk erop.
Stel de werkwijze en de tempera-
tuur in.
Hete lucht D . . . . . . . . . . . 170190 °C
Boven- en onderwarmte A 190210 °C
Tijd om te stoven:
Soufflé . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 40 60 min.
Tips om te stoven:
Zet een deksel op de recipiënt
bij spijzen die u wenst te stoven of te
laten sudderen als bv. aardappelen
of groenten.
Daardoor vermijdt u dat de spijzen
uitdrogen. Hebt u geen deksel voor
de recipiënt bij de hand? Dan kunt u
ook aluminiumfolie of nat perkament-
papier gebruiken.
Stoof de levensmiddelen zonder
deksel indien u een croquant korstje
verkiest, bv. op vlees of gratin.
Om te stoven kunt u het vaatwerk
ook boven elkaar plaatsen. Leg het
deksel van de onderste recipiënt
dan omgekeerd.
Spijzen die moeten bruinen, plaatst
u dan bovenaan.
