Utilisez ces modes de cuisson pour
cuire les gâteaux à garniture humide.
N'utilisez pas ces modes de cuisson
pour cuire des biscuits.
M Chef + Cuisson intens.: enfour-
nez les aliments dans le niveau2.
Cuisson intensive: enfournez les
aliments dans le niveau1.
Utiliser M Chef + Chaleur sole-
voûte et Chaleur sole-voûte
Moules recommandés: moules mats et
foncés en tôle noire, émail brun, en fer-
blanc ou aluminium mat foncé ainsi que
les moules en verre thermorésistant ou
avec revêtement anti-adhésif.
Utilisez ces modes de cuisson pour la
préparation des recettes traditionnelles.
Si vous utilisez un livre de recettes rela-
tivement ancien, choisissez une tempé-
rature inférieure de 10°C par rapport à
celle indiquée. Le temps de cuisson di-
minue en mode de cuisson M Chef +
Chaleur sole-voûte.
Enfournez les aliments au niveau2.
