Faire suer le lard
Evite au lard de noircir.

Disposez le lard (en dés, allumettes

tranches) dans un récipient non
perforé.

sistant à la vapeur et à des tempéra‐
tures allant jusqu'à 100°C.

Stériliser de la vaisselle
Au terme de ce processus de stérilisa‐
tion au
four vapeur, vaisselle et bibe‐
rons seront aussi stériles que si vous
les aviez fait bouillir. Toutefois, vérifiez
avant de commencer que toutes les
pièces résistent bien à la vapeur et à
des températures allant jusqu'à 100°C.
Démontez les différentes pièces du bi‐
beron et ne les r
emontez pas avant
qu'elles soient complètement sèches.
Vous évitez ainsi la prolifération de ger‐
mes.
Marche à suivre
Disposez toutes les pièces à stériliser
dans un plat de cuisson per
foré, de
telle sorte qu'elles ne se touchent
pas (couchées ou avec ouverture
vers le bas). Chaque partie des piè‐
ces à stériliser bénéficie ainsi des
bienfaits de la vapeur.
Glissez le plat de cuisson sur le ni‐
veau in
férieur.
