Karamell-Datteldessert
Programmdauer:

Zutaten für 10-12 Portionen
225 g getrocknete, entsteinte Datteln
1 TL Natron
250 ml kochendes Wasser
60 g Butter
135 g brauner Zucker

3 g Backpulver
185 g Mehl
Karamellsoße
180 g brauner Zucker
250 ml Sahne
40 g Butter
1. Datteln fein hacken, mit Natron in
eine Schüssel geben und kochendes
Wasser darüber gießen. Zum Abkühlen
zur Seite stellen.
2. Butter und Zucker in einer großen
Schüssel schaumig schlagen, nach
und nach Eier und Vanilleessenz unter

rühren. Das mit Backpulver vermischte
Mehl, Datteln und Flüssigkeit zufügen.
3. Die Teigmasse in einen großen, un

gelochten und mit Backpapier ausge

legten Garbehälter oder 12 Muffinfor

men geben. Mit Alufolie abdecken und
garen.
4. Für die Soße alle Zutaten in einem
Topf bei mittlerer Hitze unter Rühren er

wärmen. Für 3 Minuten köcheln bis sich
eine zähflüssige Masse bildet.
5. Das noch warme Karamell-Datteldes

sert mit Karamellsoße servieren.
