Backzeit ca. 25 Minuten
Zutaten für 10 – 12 Stück:
500 g Weizenmehl
1 TL Salz
50 g Zucker
50 g weiche Butter
1 Würfel Hefe
300 ml lauwarme Milch
150 g Butter
Zubereitung:
1. Mehl in eine Schüssel sieben, Salz
und Zucker hinzugeben. Hefe in lau-
warmer Milch auflösen und mit der wei-
chen Butter hinzufügen. Alle Zutaten
3-4 Minuten zu einem glatten Teig ver-
kneten.
2. Teig zu einem Rechteck von
60 x 40 cm ausrollen, mit einem Drittel
der Butter bestreichen; dabei 2 cm vom
Teigrand frei lassen.
3. Die langen Seiten zur Mitte hin zu
-
sammenlegen, anschließend die rechte
und linke Seite ebenfalls zur Mitte zu
-
sammenschlagen. Für 15 Minuten in
den Kühlschrank legen.
4. Teig noch 2-mal wie oben beschrie
-
ben bearbeiten.
5. Gekühlten Teig dünn ausrollen und
quer halbieren so dass 2 Rechtecke
entstehen.
6. Aus den beiden Rechtecken Dreie
-
cke von 12 mal 20 cm schneiden und
diese zur Spitze hin aufrollen.
7. Auf ein gefettetes und mit Mehl be
-
stäubtes Backblech legen, abgedeckt
an einem warmen Ort oder bei 30 °C im
Gerät so lange gehen lassen, bis sich
das Volumen verdoppelt hat und ba
-
cken.
