Baktijd ca. 40 minuten
Ingrediënten voor 1 quichevorm:
Deeg
150 g tarwebloem
1/4 theelepel zout
50-75 g boter
40 ml water
Gemalen noten of paneermeel
Garnering
500 g appelen of peren
Glazuur
200 ml room
2 eieren maat M
50 g suiker
Bereiding:
1. De deegingrediënten kneden tot een
elastisch deeg ontstaat. Even laten
rusten in de koelkast.
2. Het deeg dun uitrollen en in een
quiche- of pizzavorm leggen. Met een
vork in het deeg prikken en paneermeel
of gemalen noten op het deeg strooien.
3. Fruit schillen, in stukjes snijden en op
het deeg leggen.
4. Room, eieren en suiker door elkaar
roeren, over het fruit gieten en bakken.

Baktijd ca. 85 minuten
Ingrediënten:
600 g tarwebloem
1 blokje gist
2 theelepels suiker
3 theelepels zout
30 g gesmolten boter
Ca. 320 ml lauwe melk of lauw water
Bereiding:
1. Gist in de melk/water roeren, bloem,
zout, suiker en boter toevoegen en ge-
durende ca. 3-4 minuten kneden tot
een glad deeg ontstaat.
2. 20 minuten onafgedekt in het toestel
laten rijzen op de instelling
Combinatiegaren / Bakken, 30 °C,
100 % vochtigheid.
3. Een deegbal vormen en hierbij de
randen naar onderen kneden. De
deegbal ca. 1 minuut laten rijzen.
4. Deeg tot een ovalen massa vormen,
verschillende keren schuin insnijden en
op een ingevette en met bloem be
-
strooide bakplaat leggen en bakken.
