Stokbrood
Baktijd ca. 85 minuten
Ingrediënten voor 2 stokbroden:
500 g tarwebloem
1 blokje gist
1 theelepel suiker
2 theelepels zout
2-3 eetlepels olie
300 ml lauwe melk of lauw water
Bereiding:
1. Gist en suiker oplossen in de lauwe
melk en samen met zout en olie bij de
bloem doen.
2. Kneed het deeg 3-4 minuten.
20 minuten onafgedekt in het toestel la-
ten rijzen op de instelling
Combinatiegaren / Bakken, 30 °C,
100 % vochtigheid.
3. Het deeg kort en grondig kneden.
Een ronde deegbal vormen en hierbij
de randen naar onderen kneden. De
deegbal ca. 1 minuut laten rijzen.
4. 2 stokbroden vormen en deze leg
-
gen op een ingevette en met bloem be
-
strooide bakplaat.
5. S-vormige inkervingen maken in de
stokbroden en deze bakken.

Automatic / Bakken / Stokbrood
Boerenbrood
Baktijd ca. 50 minuten
Ingrediënten
350 g tarwebloem
150 g roggebloem
1 theelepel zout
25 g gist
300 ml lauwe melk
Bereiding:
1. Bloem met zout in een kom mengen,
gist verbrokkelen en met de melk toe
-
voegen. Gedurende 10 minuten tot een
glad deeg kneden.
2. Afdekken met een vochtige doek en
ca. 1 uur laten rijzen.
3. Het deeg tot een brood vormen, be-
strooien met een weinig bloem. Het op-
pervlak in de lengte en haaks ca. 1 cm
diep insnijden en opnieuw 30 minuten
laten rijzen.
4. Bakplaat met boter invetten, brood
erop leggen en bakken.
