Bereiten Sie nur geschlossene Muscheln zu.

Muscheln, die nach dem Garen nicht geöffnet sind, nicht

essen. Vergiftungsgefahr!

Wässern Sie frische Muscheln vor dem Garen einige Stun

den, damit diese evtl. vorhandenen Sand ausspülen können.

Bürsten Sie die Muscheln anschließend kräftig, um die an

hängenden Fasern zu entfernen.

Tiefkühlware

Tauen Sie gefrorene Muscheln auf.

Garzeit

Je länger Muscheln garen, desto fester werden sie. Halten

Sie die angegebenen Garzeiten ein.
