If you want to move the air conditioner to another place, be sure to use a vacuum pump or
refrigerant container to expel the air.
NOTICE FOR STOP VALVE OPERATION
Open the valve stem until reaches the limit. Do not attempt to open it any further.
Screw the nuts with a wrench or such tools.
EXPEL AIR WITH REFRIGERANT IN THE OUTDOOR UNIT
Completely tighten the flare nuts B, C and D.
Sliahtlv loosen the flare nut A.
(l) For the pipe 3-5m long, turn the stem of the packed valve B about 45 counterclockwise. 6-7
seconds after the gas coming out from the section A, securely tighten the flare nut. (For
tightening torque, after to the Tightening Connection section.)
(ll)For the pipe less than 3m long, take step (l) to adjust the amount of refrigerant and loosen the
flare nut A again to discharge the refrigerant gas for 6-7 seconds.
(The valva stem is held at an angle of 45 .)
Fully open the packed valve stem A and B.)
Securely tighten the stem cap.
